Green tea gets its name just because of its color Green. The color green is because of unfermented leaves. There are different varieties of green tea available in the market. Black tea got processed and thus it turned into black. Green tea mostly grows in high altitude areas and it can be majorly found in East Asia. If I’ll talk about myself, when I first started drinking green tea it was very hard for me to choose the best timing. So, I will share some timings you must adhere to.
1) Don’t dare to drink Green tea in an empty stomach.
Green Tea contains catechins that can harm your liver whenever you drink it too early. The amount of Catechins also should be in control.
2) Consume it between the meals.
To get better benefits try to consume Green tea 2 hours before your food intake or after 2 hours.
3) Don’t prefer it while going to bed.
Green tea contains Caffeine helps you to awake and boost your concentration. So, drinking before going to bed will decrease your sleep quality.
4) Prefer before exercise.
People consume it before the gym and heavy exercise because Green tea provides them instant energy.

Green tea loses its effectiveness very soon. if it comes directly contact with oxygen, light, humidity, and high temperature. Storing it a better way can help in its everlasting benefits.

1) Boil water in the stove until it starts bubbling.
2) Pour a teaspoon or one teabag of green tea in the hot water.
3) Let the water remains for some time till it becomes a little colder.
4) Now pour it into one kettle and close the lid.
5) brew it for around 1-2 minutes.
