We have never been to the condition that today we are facing due to this COVID-19 pandemic. This is our difficult time need to be tackle with discretion. The fear of daily spreading COVID-19 cases in the world through various medium like TV, internet, newspapers, family, and friends haunts us more. These all the things create panic, anxiety forced us to do the unappropriate things which we never wanted to do. Therefore, it requires perfect mental health to cope up with complexity. Your mental health regulates how you think, behave, perform in your daily life. It also affects your capability to overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks and hardships.


Strong mental health doesn’t mean that a person free from any mental problem but it showcases a person's positive characteristics to tackle any situation.

According to various researchers the people who choose to take their lives, actually don’t want to die but the circumstances of not getting relief from the pain and distress forced them to give up. They think that only death can relieve them from their pain.

According to his sister, Sushant was battling with depression from the past few months. If you are facing stress, anxiety in this pandemic you are not alone. Just because people are not social today as they used to be. The recommendations of Social distancing affected almost all of us. In this situation, our daily life becomes uncertain there is no such thing which we called Routine. If you notice a proper routine make us feel normalcy and control in our lives. Without a routine, we tend to focus on something unusual like flashy news. But, only our routine got affected, the same goes for all. So, let us discuss how to engage ourselves during this Pandemic?

1) Gift yourself a new body.


For any changes to occur in your daily routine it takes 3 weeks. So why not utilize this time to make your body toned and fit? If you are thinking of getting fitter to take online yoga classes, go through exercise videos, blogs, and perform them on your home. You can also follow various trainers, yoga guru on their social media handles. Try some exercises-------------------.

2) let us work with your creativity.

The guitar you bought previously gathering dust in the corner of your room. Bring that out, Make a habit to sit before your notes and practice. Who knows you will start to perform like a Rockstar?

3) Enroll for an online course.

Several universities and e-learning platforms like Coursera, Shaw Academy are offering free online courses today. Make the most out of it. Some companies are asking about re-skills that may require after the lockdown. So, if you are employed you can go for it.

4) Start cooking like a chef.

People like me who lives to eat. They should try various cuisine. Don’t worry cooking is not rocket science. There is no dearth of online cooking recipes and tips. You can even do a group video call and challenge your friends. If they can make the same recipes.

5) Plan your next vacation.



What will be a better time other than lockdown to plan for a trip? You can make a list of places you always wanted to travel to. You can learn about your planned city that what you want to eat, where to do shopping and a lot.
These are some small things that can help you get out of stress during this pandemic. So, give yourself proper care and spend a well time at your home.
