Stress is one of the major causes of various diseases. The quality of your sleep will automatically get improved if running continuously. Most of the time doctors also recommend a morning walk to keep away tensions and headaches.

1) Runner’s Knee:

This is a common form of pain. In this, the cartilage protecting your knee wears down which results in out of alignment issue. You may feel pain while you climb the stairs, Sit down bending your knee, and squatting.

2) Stress Fracture:

In this, a small crack on bone results in pain and discomfort. It occurs mostly due to working rigorously before your body gets used to a new activity.

Relaxing for a certain period can only help you out to ease the pain. Continuously running may worsen the pain more.

3) Achilles tendon:

This may happen during the morning when you start running. Achilles tendinitis causes pain and complexity in the area of the tendon. Running too much distance on a single day may be the reason for Achilles tendinopathy.

4) Muscle Strain:

This is the small tear in the muscle that happens due to stretching a lot. If you pull the muscle you will feel sensation along with pain.

5) Ankle sprain:

This happens due to a small tear of ligaments around the ankle. Twisting of the leg or rolling the legs mainly results in an Ankle sprain.

Ways to overcome them:

1) Try to use well fitted right shoes.

Your shoes should be made according to the function of various parts of your legs. A natural construction-high arch, pronation, supination-and diffuse the impact shooting up the rest of your leg.

2) Don’t push yourself for extra training.

Don’t try to run with more than an increase of 10 %per day. Your ligaments and tendon get less blood flow than your muscles. Therefore, a proper interval of rest is a must.

3) Run-on grass or trails.

Running on the hilly areas or trails add more kind of movement to your legs. Because this helps running with special attention and with the shorter steps. Running on grass is beneficial for the people having the problem of eyesight.

4) Stay in control on downhill.

You should launch yourself slowly while coming down the hills.
