Easily Available Foods That Prevent Hair Loss.
Today who in this universe doesn’t want to have a head filled with dense and healthy hair? But not everyone is that lucky enough. Gone are the days when only women prefer to have thick and long hair. Today men also are so touchy about their hair. If you are older than fifteen, then this the period where you start bothering about your hair.
Although
there are various reasons for hair loss like Genetic, using harmful
chemicals, hormonal, nutrient deficiencies, toxicity, medications, improper
diet. But there are various ways through which you can reverse hair loss and or
we can reduce the frequency of hair fall. First let us discuss, the different
patterns of hair loss between males and females.
Hair loss in men:
Almost 85% of men start experiencing hair loss before the age of 50. The most common form of Male pattern baldness is AGA (Androgenetic alopecia). At first, hair starts to fall from the temple area in a particular M shape. After hair starts thinning and hairline also starts receding. The reason, in this case, is mostly hereditary. Doctors say your father or grandfather must have less hair and its genetic. But, we men know how this genetic problem daunt us? AGA effects are different in the case of men and women. Men can face baldness all over the head while women won’t show the same pattern.
Cure:
Till now
there are no such medicines, that guarantee the cure for male pattern baldness.
But, there is some medicine like finasteride and minoxidil that doctors
recommend. But, there are various side effects of these medicines like a problem
in your sexual health, etc. Homeopathic doctors are doing well in this field
they must ask you to abstain using shampoo or soap that contains Sodium
Laureth Sulfate, this chemical is very harsh the same as detergent.
Hair
Loss in Women:
After pregnancy
women mostly complain about hair loss. During pregnancy, women notice a
rapid growth of hair because of surges in a hormone known as estrogen that
makes hair glow and thick. but when the level of estrogen comes to normal, all
the thick and luscious hair start shedding. Some women experience mild shedding
while some experience intense shedding. There are also lots of reasons like
dandruff, medications, etc. But a proper diet can help you out of this hair loss.
Let us some changes that may be required in your diet:
1) Carrot:
Since our
childhood, we must have heard our parents saying that eating carrots can improve
your eye-sight. It is true. But Carrot also helps you to improve the quality of
your hair. Carrots are rich in vitamin E, vitamin A, and antioxidants help in the
blood circulation on the scalp. This helps in stimulating hair regrowth by
providing proper nourishment to the hair follicles and roots. Better blood
circulation helps your hair to nourish the hair cells and promotes the growth
of healthy hair.

Shrimp
Shrimps are
rich in Vitamin B12, iron, zinc. These ingredients can prevent hair loss. From the
very beginning, it has been known that Seafood is rich in various nutrients and
Shrimp is one of them. Don’t relate it with meat whose excessive amount can harm
your hair follicles.
3)
Walnut
Walnuts are
a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids. That can be helpful to fight with
Alopecia has been discussed above. While there is limitation also, walnuts
contain little amount selenium that causes hair loss. Therefore, a handful of walnuts
per week can be helpful.
4) Eggs
Hair is
made up of protein, and egg is the best cheapest source of protein. Eggs can be
your best friend if you are having the problem of hair loss. It is also loaded
with Vitamin B12, iron, zinc, and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts. Deficiency
in any of these nutrients can cause hair loss.
5) Low-fat
dairy products
Low-fat
dairy products like skim milk and yogurt are rich in calcium, an important
mineral for hair growth. Yogurt also helps you to cure dandruff off your scalp.
You just have to put yogurt in deep roots of your hair and keep it dry for half
an hour.
Some common
mistakes that alleviate hair loss:
Stress: Try to keep yourself away from
stress in day to day activities. Because stress imbalances our hormones.
Hairstyling
products: There should
be minimal use of chemicals like gel, wax, hair spray. It makes your scalp dry
and then you will get the problem of dandruff and itchiness.
Shampoo: Avoid using a shampoo that contains Sodium
Laureth Sulfate. Try to use mild shampoo.
Direct exposure to sun, dust, and rainwater can
damage your hair and make it rough.

A proper good-looking
thick hair requires a lot of maintenance and a proper diet. After all, who wants to
have a shiny and glossy head.
